Jan Artem Henriksson is a Swedish-Ukrainian thought leader in leadership development and inner capacity building. He co-founded SelfLeaders and Relate, impacting over 130,000 people with scientifically proven leadership programs. As Executive Director of the Inner Development Goals (IDG) initiative, he promotes inner growth to accelerate global sustainability goals. Jan is a senior faculty member at Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education and a guest lecturer at Harvard University and Karolinska Institute. He has worked with top management teams at organizations like Spotify, IKEA, and PwC, focusing on values-based cultural transformation and lifelong adult development.
