Ali Mahlodji is an entrepreneur, author, and global keynote speaker shaping the future of work, education, and social change. Born in Tehran and raised as a refugee in Austria, he turned obstacles into opportunities, working in over 40 jobs before founding whatchado, Europe’s leading career storytelling platform. As former corporate manager turned teacher, Ali now leads futureOne and serves as an EU Youth Ambassador. Through his talks and mentoring, he helps leaders and young people unlock purpose, embrace change, and design meaningful futures.
