You will receive an email from MaitriBodh Parivaar with the link to the ordered Zoom session at least one day before the session starts.
Below we share guidelines for the session:
- Please be seated in a peaceful part of your home, on a comfortable aasan or chair (Preferably wooden - avoid plastic or metal chair)
- The device should be set up at an eye level so that the Divine energy transfer can be received easily
- Please keep phone on silent mode or switched off
- Notepad and pen is required for personal notes
- Please wear comfortable, light coloured clothes
- Ensure your laptop or phone or iPad is charged enough for 2.5 hours or plugged in for charging
