Erica Francesca Poli
Psychiatrist, Psychotherapist, and Forensic Psychiatrist and Author
Erica Francesca Poli is a psychiatrist, psychotherapist, and forensic psychiatrist. A member of scientific societies (IEDTA, ISTDP Institute, OPIFER), she has an eclectic psychotherapeutic background and a personal interdisciplinary and psychosomatic working method, drawing on neuroscience and anthropology, capable of addressing the psyche, spirituality, and healing in the holistic context of mind and body. As a university professor and trainer, she is a columnist (Il Fatto Quotidiano, F, Natural Style) and the author of numerous popular books, including "Emotions That Heal" (Mondadori). In 2022, she founded Accademia EFP, a continuing education project for helping professionals, and Scuola IGEA, a higher education school in Salutogenesis. Her guiding principle is the vision of the human being as a field of emotional, energetic consciousness manifested through a body.
